1. Can I try the fragrance before purchasing?

We provide detailed descriptions for each fragrance, including notes, mood, and time of day. At the moment, we do not offer samples, but we are working on making them available soon.

2. Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, all fragrances sold on Momentique are 100% original, carefully crafted in the UAE using high-quality ingredients.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as Apple Pay and PayPal if available at checkout.

4. How long does delivery take within the UAE?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location in the UAE.

5. Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We’ll do our best to assist you with the changes.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is an error in the order. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
