At Momentique, your satisfaction is our priority:
- Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Contact us at info@momentique.org to initiate the process.
- Exchanges: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product. Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
